We are quite far along on Action Step 1 for Goal 2 with more work needed. We are a very solid yellow and probably a green for Action Step 1. |
Although the Publicity Committee has been established, most of the other goals are below target in being implemented. Many of the goals are just in the planning stages. |

We need to know the goals for each off campus location in order to set plans for each location. Public Relations needs to increase the advertising budgets for off campus locations and increase the budget for institutional advertising costs. |
The lines of communication from main campus to off-campus sites is lacking in both directions. The funding of a Marketing Director and a sufficient marketing/advertising budget would eliminate many barriers. Provide adequate training on the new calendaring system. |

We are in the processing of gathering the needed data and do not anticipate having it all collected very soon, but do not have it in hand. Needs analyses for businesses are being conducted on an ongoing basis. Advisory Councils are active throughout the C&TC and are making headway in 3 of the Colleges in the University. The institutional advancement campaign is well underway along with faculty giving. |
